Shipping policy
Shipments to the Contiguous 48 US States
- Orders $39.99 and over qualify for our free shipping offer.
- A shipping confirmation email including carrier-specific tracking information will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping. For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Tuesday morning, you will receive your tracking information either Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.
- Most orders will be shipped USPS. However, we do utilize UPS, FedEx, and OnTrac as well.
- Orders shipping to PO Boxes may require 3-5 business days processing prior to shipment in order to ensure delivery via the US Postal Service. Please contact customer service for the most accurate delivery estimates. Additionally, certain oversize items may be restricted from delivery to a PO Box depending on the policies of the receiving facility.
- Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may ship with the United States Postal Service. We offer both Air and Ground shipping options for Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Air orders are expected to deliver in 2-4 days after shipment. Ground orders are expected to deliver in 1-2 weeks after shipment, with longer times for outlying locations. Note that Ground orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico could ship via a plane or a boat and exact days in transit are not promised.
- Orders shipping to all U.S. Territories, excluding Puerto Rico, will ship via the United States Postal Service. Orders shipping to U.S. Territories, excluding Puerto Rico, cannot be expedited.
- Shipping changes after the order is shipped, such as intercepts, address change, and will call pick-up, may be subject to a $10 Service fee per shipment (this is simply passing along the fee billed to us by the carrier to make the change when in-transit).
- Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the recipient's sole responsibility. Packing slips for International shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices.
